the hotel is dark and definitely needs renovations. i can't believe there were no sheets for the sofa bed, how is that even possible? also, i woudl ve been thrilled with a welcome gift, but instead, i got treated like everyone else. disappointed, wouldn’t recommend it, almost gave a good review but just couldn’t.

I truly enjoyed my stay, especially the delicious breakfast buffet kept super clean and the quietness of the room, although the bed was quite hard for my liking. Would definitely choose this place again!

Consider requesting a softer mattress if you prefer more comfort during your stay.

The facility was impeccably clean, and the breakfast provided a wide variety of options, including fresh fruits and high-quality coffee. Additionally, the business center was well-equipped, allowing me to manage my work tasks efficiently.

Camellia, who managed the breakfast setup, stood out with her attentiveness and cheerful demeanor. However, the room condition was quite disappointing. it felt neglected and in need of upgrades, and I encountered issues with low water pressure in the shower. Additionally, the parking situation was frustrating, particularly if you needed to maneuver in and out of tight spots.

Free Wi-Fi and the indoor pool were nice, but the mattress was too soft.

The stay was nice! Ryan at the front desk was a gem, super helpful with check-in and out. The breakfast area was super clean, and Camellia was the best! She kept everything stocked and greeted everyone with such a smile. Beds were a bit too hard for my liking, though.

I appreciated the clean and fresh decor in my room, combined with thoughtful amenities such as a sturdy handrail in the shower, which made it accessible and safe for seniors like myself. It was truly a welcoming environment.
